Our directors founded the company in 2020 with a vision of creating a new standard for pensions management.  We had one aim – to be a purpose-driven organisation that is a force for positive change, to benefit our clients in all ways possible and the world around us.

We believe ndapt’s launch could not have come at a more critical time. With greater complexity and ambiguity for sponsors and trustees to navigate, there are increasing governance pressures and investment challenges facing schemes of all types and sizes. Many governance practices are outdated, and a quality gap remains. Importantly, a shift in thinking is needed to seize new opportunities and respond to the ESG transition.

As a team of partners, we have a diverse skill set, deep specialist expertise and many decades of business and commercial experience. We’re equipped to help management and trustee boards of schemes of all types, size and complexity with their strategy, governance, and risk management challenges.
