Christine has a strong background in HR and as Pension and Benefits Manager at BorgWarner. She is an experienced Chair of Trustees with both DB and DC experience, including having managed the transition from a DC Trust to a Master Trust arrangement. She also has hands-on experience of DB closure and DB journey plan projects such as buy-in and data cleanse. Known for her relationship management, Christine is adept at managing relationships. Christine develops strong relationships and is effective at working and communicating at all levels, including corporate officers, members, employees, fellow trustees and professional advisers.
