Chloe joined ndapt in September 2022, following her graduation from the University of York in July 2022, and a year of working with us as a research analyst alongside her degree. Her Bachelor of Science in Environment, Economics, and Ecology demonstrates her desire to blend finance and the environment for a more sustainable future. Chloe’s wider work experience has provided a first-hand knowledge of the challenges faced later in life by pension scheme members and understand the importance of engagement, planning and flexibility. Chloe is passionate and energetic in approach. Her awareness of the challenges faced for future generations, coupled with her desire to make a positive impact, enables her to focus on providing support to clients, the business, and the wider world in an engaged and dynamic manner.
