Paul is an energetic and enthusiastic individual, who focuses on ensuring excellence in pension scheme management. Acting as a trustee for DB and DC schemes from £5m to £2bn, as well as Chair of a DB Master Trust and Group Life Master Trust, Paul is passionate about finding the best solutions, using his 40 years of experience in delivering positive outcomes. Paul is particularly driven to seek great pensions administration solutions and service, and has worked closely with the Institute of Customer Service for many years. His more recent experience in DB endgame and exit strategies supports members and sponsors achieving the best outcomes right through their journeys. Paul also currently acts as a non-executive director.
